The Moturo left engine cover for your Kawasaki ZZR600, ZX600 and ZZR400 (MY 90-97) — the most common engine component to be replaced after a tip-over or crash. Factory hole pattern and original spare part design, ready for installation.

The cover is located on the left side of the engine and seals the alternator housing containing the stator and connection. The hole pattern and outer contour follow the original part; tightening torques are as per the ZZR600, ZX600 and ZZR400 workshop manual.

Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, torque wrench, and a new cover gasket.

Does the cover fit ZZR600 models from 1998 onwards?
Not guaranteed. Compare the hole pattern and outer contour in the product image with your old cover, as the later model generation may differ.

No. Original spare part design, no separate ABE required.

Is a gasket included in the delivery?
No, the cover gasket is required separately and should be replaced during the swap anyway.
