The Moturo left engine cover for your Yamaha YZF R1 09-13 (RN22) — sits over the alternator and protects it from stone chips, crash damage, and water. Precisely fitting hole pattern, ready for installation.

The cover seals the left side of the engine and covers the alternator. The drill holes and outer contour are modeled after the original R1 cover (model years 2009 to 2013, RN22); tightening torques follow the R1 workshop manual.

Installation takes about an hour using a hex key set and torque wrench. Drain the engine oil before opening; use a new gasket.

Original spare part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Does not fit RN12/RN14 (R1 up to 2008) or RN32/RN49 (R1 from 2015 onwards) — different engine housing geometry.
