The Moturo 12mm carburetor for 2-stroke scooters with Minarelli engines and Minarelli clones — the heart of the fuel mixture preparation that becomes necessary after years of downtime or gummed-up floats. 12mm intake, 6mm thread (same as Dellorto), ready to install.

The carburetor prepares the fuel-air mixture and is located between the intake manifold and the air filter. The intake diameter is 12mm, the thread is 6mm, just like on Dellorto carburetors. Intake manifold connection is 24mm, air filter connection is 35mm. An 80 main jet and an electric choke come pre-installed from the factory; the design is based exactly on the original carburetor.

Can be replaced in about half an hour with a screwdriver and hose clamp pliers.

Original replacement part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Before ordering, check the connection dimensions on the intake manifold (24mm) and air filter (35mm) against your scooter. If jet setups differ due to tuning or altitude, re-jetting may be necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this carburetor also fit 4-stroke Minarelli engines?
Designed for 2-stroke Minarelli engines and clones. Check connection dimensions before ordering.

Do I need to re-jet?
Usually not in a stock setup with the included 80 main jet. If tuned or at high altitudes, check the spark plug color.

What additional hoses do I need?
Fuel and vacuum hoses in the appropriate length as well as clamps are not included.
