Includes float needle valve and jets, ready for installation.

The repair kit replaces the typical wear parts in the carburetor—float needle valve, jets, jet needle, and O-rings. If the Bayou is hard to start after sitting for a long period, has a hunting idle, or is leaking fuel from the overflow, these are the first components you should replace.

The components are a precise fit for the original carburetor of the KLF 220 Bayou (model years 1988 to 1998, 215 cc single-cylinder). Jet calibration and needle dimensions follow factory specifications.

Replacement takes about an hour, provided the carburetor is already removed. A Phillips screwdriver, a set of hex keys, and carburetor cleaner are sufficient.

Repair kit for the Bayou, made by Moturo.

Performance · Material · Specifications

Float needle valve, jets, jet needle, and O-rings in one set

Precisely fits the original carburetor of the KLF 220 Bayou

Jet calibration and needle dimensions according to factory specifications

215 cc single-cylinder, model years 1988 to 1998

Important notes – please read

Original replacement part design, no separate type approval (ABE) required.
